Notis ini terangkan maklumat peribadi apa yang HIETech terima, untuk apa kami guna, dan hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA).
01Siapa kami
HIETech ialah nama dagangan HIETECH MARKETING (202603290268 (003905480-M)), pemilikan tunggal yang berdaftar dengan SSM. Untuk apa-apa soalan atau permintaan pasal maklumat anda, email harithirfanworkspace@gmail.com.
02Maklumat yang kami terima
Kami cuma terima apa yang anda sendiri bagi: nama, email atau nombor WhatsApp, nama dan jenis bisnes, dan mesej anda.
Borang di laman ini tak simpan atau hantar apa-apa ke server kami. Bila anda tekan "Hantar ke WhatsApp", WhatsApp buka dengan mesej yang dah diisi, dan maklumat itu sampai kepada kami hanya bila anda sendiri tekan send. Sama juga bila anda WhatsApp atau email kami terus.
Laman ini tak guna cookies penjejakan, analytics atau iklan. Syarikat hosting kami, Vercel, mungkin rekod maklumat teknikal seperti alamat IP untuk keselamatan dan untuk pastikan laman ini jalan.
03Untuk apa kami guna
Untuk balas pertanyaan anda, sediakan sebut harga, jalankan projek yang kita setuju, dan hubungi anda pasal projek itu. Kami tak hantar mesej promosi kecuali anda setuju.
04Wajib atau tidak
Bagi maklumat ini adalah pilihan anda. Tapi tanpa nama dan cara untuk hubungi anda, kami tak boleh balas.
05Siapa lagi boleh nampak
Kami tak jual atau sewa maklumat anda. Mesej anda melalui servis yang kita guna untuk berhubung, iaitu WhatsApp (Meta) dan email (Google), dan dasar privasi mereka juga terpakai. Kami cuma dedahkan maklumat anda kepada pihak lain kalau undang-undang memerlukan.
06Berapa lama kami simpan
Selagi perlu untuk balas pertanyaan anda, jalankan projek, dan simpan rekod bisnes yang undang-undang perlukan. Lepas tu kami padam.
07Hak anda
Anda boleh minta salinan maklumat anda yang kami simpan, minta kami betulkan, atau minta kami berhenti guna dan padam. Email harithirfanworkspace@gmail.com dan kami balas dalam masa 21 hari, seperti yang PDPA tetapkan.
08Keselamatan
Kami ambil langkah yang munasabah untuk lindungi maklumat anda daripada hilang, disalah guna atau dibuka tanpa kebenaran.
09Perubahan
Kalau notis ini berubah, kami update page ini dan tarikh di atas.

This notice explains what personal details HIETech receives, what we use them for, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
01Who we are
HIETech is a trading name of HIETECH MARKETING (202603290268 (003905480-M)), a sole proprietorship registered with SSM. For any question or request about your details, email harithirfanworkspace@gmail.com.
02What we receive
Only what you give us yourself: your name, email or WhatsApp number, business name and type, and your message.
The form on this site does not store or send anything to our servers. When you press "Hantar ke WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens with the message filled in, and the details reach us only when you press send yourself. The same applies when you WhatsApp or email us directly.
This site uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting company, Vercel, may log technical details such as IP addresses for security and to keep the site running.
03What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a project we agree on, and contact you about that project. We do not send promotional messages unless you agree to them.
04Required or optional
Giving us your details is your choice. Without your name and a way to contact you, we cannot reply.
05Who else may see it
We do not sell or rent your details. Your messages pass through the services we use to talk, WhatsApp (Meta) and email (Google), whose privacy policies also apply. We only disclose your details to anyone else where the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
For as long as we need to answer your enquiry, deliver a project, and keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete it.
07Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to stop using and delete them. Email harithirfanworkspace@gmail.com and we will reply within 21 days, as the PDPA requires.
08Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
09Changes
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date above.
